We have returned to Florida, USA and already have students getting ready for their show season. Good luck to Pamela and Bonnie on your first dressage and jumper show this spring!!
We submitted a proposal and syllabus for teaching people how to train their horses using the classical training techniques used in the more refined facilities throughout the world .
The proposal was accepted and we began instructing classes April 16, 2005. Our class “Classical Horse Training Phase I” was such a success that we were asked to submit a syllabus for Phase II. Thank you to everyone that attended this first class. Without you we wouldn’t have had the fun or success we are experiencing.
Classical Training of the Horse Phase I , is being offered again. Classical Training of the Horse Phase II is also being offered the up coming semester at Santa Fe Community College. Both classes begin on June 11, 2006 and run for six weeks. Call (352)395-5193 to register for this course.
Phase II will demonstrate what do with your horse once you have “backed him”. How to bring him along quietly and keep him willing and interested. We recommend taking Classical Training of the Horse Phase I prior to Phase II. Phase II is a continuing approach and philosophy taught in Phase I.
We still have room to train your young horses or re start your behaviour problem steed. All are welcomed, we offer, foundation and patience. Hope to hear from you soon.
